You can take advantage of our fast support with SLAs, enlightening consulting & empowering trainings.

Customers with Professional Service contract get access to our dedicated support system and can report issues via phone.

Versioning

We apply Semantic Versioning to our releases.

Given a version number MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH:

  1. MAJOR version we make incompatible API changes,

  2. MINOR version we add functionality in a backwards-compatible manner, and

  3. PATCH version we make backwards-compatible bug fixes.

Release Cycle

We use the rolling release model and thus release new features in regular one month intervals.

Bugfix and security patches will be included in patch level releases. We plan to support these releases for one year after a major release.

Fixes and minor updates will currently be published in a one to two week interval.

Unsupported releases

We are currently no longer supporting releases below version 0.22.0.

Manually build versions (e.g. SNAPSHOT builds) or patches versions are not supported.
